What payment options do we accept?
Credit Cards (Visa and Mastercard), Snap scan and EFT payments. Please allow 2 additional days for payment clearance when paying via EFT.
How do I get an invoice for order?

Have you received my payment?

As soon as we receive your payment we will send you an email to confirm that your payment has been processed and that all is in order.


How soon after placing my order will I receive it?

Most of our products are in stock and will be dispatched within 2 days of placing the order. If you are in a super rush please contact us to put a rush on the order so that we can try and help you out!

If you want to order a product that is out of stock please contact to get a definite delivery date if you are working within a time constraint.

How do I edit my order if I have already checked out but not paid?

Once your order has been placed and you’ve received an order number, you won’t be able to edit it yourself. But please get in touch with us and we’ll be able to assist you –

Once your order has been placed and paid for, you won’t be able to edit it yourself. But please get in touch with us and we’ll be able to assist you – Ensure that you get in touch as soon as possible as we always try to get the goods dispatched to you as soon as possible.

How do I remove items from my cart?

Hover your mouse over the ‘My Basket’ in the top right of the page. Click on ‘View full basket’. Here you will be able to view all the items in your basket. Tick the box next to the item you wish to remove and scroll down to click on the ‘Remove from Basket’ and voila – gone!


What is your delivery time schedule?

Delivery time schedule:
We endeavour to keep the stock count on the website as accurate as possible but it does sometime happen that the item you are looking for was checked out before we could update the system. We will then let you know what the delivery time will be and if you would like to go ahead with the order.

If the items are in stock delivery will take place with in:
Gauteng area: 1-2 working days
Cape Town area: 3-4 working days

Outlining areas and regions: usually 5-7 working days ( please contact us for a specific delivery time if you are in a rush as the courier companies only deliver on alternate days)

Return policy

If your product is defective in any way Cotton Collective will collect, replace and deliver a new product at our expense.

How long do I have to return a order:

If you’re not pleased with the item you ordered, for whatever reason, we have 7 days on receipt of your order to return your order. You will be required to pay for the item to be returned or arrange to have it delivered to us at your expense. Please note that in most cases a full refund will only be given if the product(s) arrive at Cotton Collective offices in a resellable condition so please ensure care is taken when repacking the products.

When can I expect my refund?

If your are eligible for a refund we will contact you to ask how you would like your refund. This may be a Cotton Collective voucher, a refund to your card or an EFT payment. The timings for these are below:

Cotton Collective Voucher – emailed same day

Card refund – Can take up to 10 working days to reflect in your account

EFT refund – Can take up to 7 working days to reflect in your account

** Please note that you will not be refunded for any initial delivery fees paid

*We reserve the right to charge the below fees:

  • A 10% administration fee for returned orders should the returns process incur significant administration expenses
  • A 15% damages fee for returned orders where product packaging has been damaged

Are your linen standard sizes?

Yes our linen are standard sizes.

Cot Sets inlcude:

  • Duvet Cover: 110cm x 80cm
  • Cot Bumper Cover: 198cm x 23cm
  • Cot Pillow Case: 38cm x 25cm

Changing Pad Covers are  standard size, sold separately.
Fitted Sheet are made to fit large standard cot mattress: 66cm x 130cm, sold separately.

Can I find my inners easily?

Inners can be bought at most baby stores such as Baby City, Baby Boom or even Mr Price.

Will your fitted sheets fit on my cot mattress?

There are so many different sizes of cot mattresses e.g. camping cots, oval and standard to large cots that its difficult to cater for all.

But to try and solve the problem we made our fitted sheets to fit a large wooden and camping cot. Mattress size 66cm wide x 133cm long. If your cot is smaller the fitted sheets have elastic around the corners and will just fold in deeper.

Our fitted sheet does not however fit the cots that change into a single or ¾ bed. Please send me a email at to find out if I can do it in a specific fabric, size and what the lead time will be.

What if I live outside of Pretoria, do you post or courier my linen?

Yes we courier (door to door ) anywhere in the world! Just send us your address and we will send you a quote for delivery.

Are the linen durable and washable?

Yes, we recommend cold water for cotton. Cotton is a natural and “living” fibre even if it has been pre-shrunk and tends to do so again if the water is very hot. It moves but that is what gives it its great absorbency and hypoallergenic qualities! But don’t fear, it stays very durable!

Do you custom make linen?

We would love to but because its is a bespoke designed product and printed by hand the linen will become too costly and labour intensive to do once off items. But our designs stay unique as we never mass produce one design but would rather bring out a new design.
